Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to resolve conflicts and build consensus
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Effective at building and nurturing relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently without requiring close supervision
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical migration projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple simultaneous technical system migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Act as the central point of coordination—ensuring alignment across internal teams and customer stakeholders
  • Maintain customer project plans based on real-time feedback and evolving best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively developing solutions to keep projects on track
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to internal teams and management through weekly status reports
  • Manage post-migration activities, including debriefs and lessons learned documentation
  • Continuously recommend and implement improvements to project management processes to drive efficiency and scalability
