Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of sophisticated mobile device management solutions
• Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of the performance, security, and compliance of mobile devices within Granicus
• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve mobile device policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and operational efficiency
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex mobile device issues
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of mobile devices to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
• Collaborate with IT leadership and other teams to integrate mobile devices with enterprise systems and applications
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mobile device management technologies and industry trends
• Lead training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and IT staff on mobile device policies, security practices, and usage guidelines
• Plan and execute mobile device deployment projects, ensuring successful implementation within set timelines
• Maintain and oversee detailed documentation of mobile device configurations, policies, and procedures
• Mentor and guide junior MDM engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications related to mobile device management or IT security
