Mobile Mortgage Manager

Summary

Join Servus Credit Union as a Mobile Mortgage Manager in the Edmonton area! This fully commissioned, mobile role involves developing quality mortgage opportunities through various networks, utilizing expert mortgage knowledge to deliver a range of mortgage products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of sales and mortgage experience, strong networking skills, and a flexible schedule. Requirements

• A network of connections with referral sources (ex. Realtors, Builders)
• 5 years of proven experience with prospecting, sales, negotiation, and relationship development
• Strong mortgage lending and underwriting experience
• Professional experience in business development with previous sales experience required
• Flexible work hours including evenings and weekends as required, including open houses and trade shows

Responsibilities

• Present a professional, confident, and informed demeanor that appropriately represents the Servus Brand and Values
• Conduct a regular site call program to provide dealers with information and education on Servus’ products and services to develop increased application volume
• Regularly attend referral network meetings – showcase yourself and Servus as an excellent partner for their purchasers
• Prepare, complete, and submit mortgage applications through Credit Path and/or Filogix, as required
• Facilitate the transition of a mortgage approval through to funding
• Identify and prioritize suitable prospects to effectively develop and implement a value-added Business Development Strategy to acquire new referral relationships
