Requirements

  • Experience in Digital Product Management
  • Product Manager for mobile applications (iOS or Android), ideally with subscription-based and in-app advertising monetization models
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2C app business models
  • Marketing and Positioning Knowledge
  • Experience in digital performance marketing strategies for B2C businesses, branding, and positioning, with familiarity in user acquisition and growth hacking techniques
  • Understanding of advertising networks, campaign types, ad optimization, creativity, and attribution challenges
  • Minimum 3+ years of direct or indirect experience in digital marketing or growth strategies
  • Strategic and Business Skills
  • Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and build a roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in strategic roles with a proven track record of identifying market opportunities and aligning roadmaps
  • Data Orientation
  • Knowledge in product analytics and metrics, with skills to interpret and translate data into actionable decisions to improve user experience and product performance
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Sector Knowledge
  • Experience and understanding of the specific sector for utility applications, with sensitivity to user demands and market changes
  • Updated profile on the latest trends and technologies relevant to the product (AI, machine learning, frameworks, APIs, etc.)
  • Minimum 3+ years in the utility mobile app industry

  • Apple Search Ads: Optimization for acquisition within the iOS ecosystem
  • App Annie, Sensor Tower, or Data.ai: Market research, benchmarking, and trends in mobile apps
  • Leadership and Communication
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to lead and inspire teams while aligning stakeholders with the product vision
  • Experience in creating and presenting business cases
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience leading teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and managing executive meetings

  • Ability to connect various squad areas, collaborating with the PO on technical execution while focusing on strategic and market aspects

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the economic performance of the assigned product
  • Maximize product results, always prioritizing this as the main global objective, while identifying secondary objectives as levers to achieve this goal
  • Define and monitor key economic indicators of the product, such as subscription revenue, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Ensure product profitability through an optimal balance between costs and generated revenue, guaranteeing a minimum profitability level to secure product stability and identifying the optimal profitability point to maximize results
  • Define the mission, vision, and objectives of the product
  • Create and lead the product strategy aligned with company objectives, prioritizing initiatives based on their impact on results
  • Ensure the strategy maximizes market impact and competitive advantage
  • Create and align the roadmap with the acquisition, retention, and monetization goals defined by the business
  • Define and monitor OKRs
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Identify insights to better position the product and define its value proposition, deeply understanding the mobile sector and its specific vertical to anticipate changes and adapt the product
  • Work with marketing and CRO teams to develop strategies driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Define the product narrative and positioning with the marketing team, ensuring benefits are maximized
  • Act as a bridge among all company stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the product objectives and vision
  • Evaluate and communicate the product’s performance and results to key stakeholders
  • Define success metrics (KPIs) and performance objectives to evaluate product outcomes and user behavior
  • Collaborate with the data team to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions supporting product growth and profitability
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by analyzing key metrics (MRR, ARR, Churn, LTV, etc.)
  • Assess user behavior insights
  • Supervise the functional evolution of new product features post-launch
  • Oversee ideation and discovery processes to identify strategic opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Apply frameworks such as Design Thinking and develop solid business cases to prioritize initiatives aligning user needs with business objectives
  • Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and development team to ensure deliveries align with the product strategy, maintaining clear communication and ensuring execution excellence
  • Lead and prioritize qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points
  • Define methodologies and frameworks for research, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavior data analysis
  • Synthesize key insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhanced user experience
