Mobile Software Engineer in Test Intern

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
• Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship
• One year of programming experience in Java, Python or other programming languages
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Promote and champion our culture of diversity and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems through creative test solutions
• Collaborate with the team to discover new ways of creating and implementing tests by identifying gaps
• Write code, complete programming projects, and perform testing on software
• Lead by example and keep enthusiasm high in tight-deadline situations
• Promote test quality and evangelize automation standard methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Selenium, Appium and JUnit,PyTest/TestNG is a plus
• Familiarity with Linux, SQL, performance tools, bash scripts and version control systems such as git are also a plus
