Join our Validation Analytics Team as a Model Training & QA Specialist and ensure high standards of AI model training for our valuable product. You will focus on Image Recognition (IR) model quality assurance, collaborating with various internal teams. Manage the model training calendar, plan training intervals, execute, monitor, and report on training progress. Assess trained models using real-life data, troubleshoot issues, monitor quality metrics, and inform stakeholders. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in optimizing model training and ensuring stakeholder trust in our Image Recognition product. This role is vital for maintaining the quality and functionality of our platform as a global market leader.

Requirements

• Have strong analytical problem-solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, and proven ability to meet established deadlines
• Share examples of your experience with running Python and Bash scripts, root-cause analysis and changes implemented as a result to improve overall data quality
• Be experienced with MS Excel
• Be well organized and manage your own work
• Be results-oriented – setting success metrics and measuring success against them to be sure you’re focused on the activities that make a measurable impact on external and internal customers’ lives
• Be eager and able to help fix things and can work calmly under pressure
• Have English language skills: B2+

Responsibilities

• Manage model training calendar, planning all model trainings intervals
• Execute, monitor and reporting model trainings
• Assess each trained model on real life data from the labeling environment to confirm status of the issues reported to Image Recognition Labeling Team
• Troubleshooting / root cause analysis
• Monitoring quality metrics & informing stakeholders on the results
• Collaborate with other teams across the organization to make the most effective model training process

Preferred Qualifications

Have knowledge of GitHub and Python
