Summary

Join Catawiki, a unique marketplace for buying and selling special objects, as a Model Train Curator! You will curate weekly model train auctions, screen user-submitted lots, analyze KPIs to improve performance, and act as the primary contact for sellers. This role requires expertise in model trains, data analysis, and excellent communication skills. The position is based in Germany with a work-from-home arrangement. Requirements

  • Good grasp of market prices and good understanding of the various layers needed when curating a lot online
  • Experience analysing and implementing data within your work, and utilising data for future growth and category improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • You are a natural team player and thrive in a diverse environment
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for curating model train auctions on a weekly basis
  • Screen lots submitted by our users and use your expert knowledge to value them
  • Understand and analyze KPIs and suggest possible strategies to fix underperformance or suggest strategies to grow
  • Be a first point of contact for our sellers
  • Liaise with Account Managers to bring in new business and diversify the selection of lots offered in your auction
  • Liaise with the Business Developers to bring in new key accounts and top sellers, that diversify the selection of lots offered in your auction
