Motion Designer

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills
• Experience in creating 2D animations
• A solid understanding of composition, typography, graphic design, and image editing
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, After Effects/Cavalry, and Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with design trends for social media, websites, and e-commerce
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Good communication skills in both English (B2+ level) and Polish
• Confidence in presenting and explaining your ideas
• A proactive attitude—you enjoy solving problems and figuring things out
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks across multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Create animations that bring our projects to life
• Ensure the brand's visual integrity and consistency
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts
• Collaborate with other designers and team members, such as researchers, strategists, developers, and data analysts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in brand identity design would be an additional asset
• Experience in 3D creation
