Requirements

• Mastery in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D (a big bonus)
• 5+ years of experience to join our multi-disciplinary team
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into visual narratives
• Understanding the role of digital and motion design in holistic brand-building
• Creativity and attention to detail in crafting visually stunning static and motion content
• Time-management skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong awareness of current trends in both motion and design
• Knowledgeable on the fundamentals of great story-telling and how to apply to both film and motion briefs, and be comfortable expressing your ideas through storyboards and/or treatments
• Strong understanding of the importance of brand systems, tone of voice and guidelines
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, visually compelling digital designs

Responsibilities

• Create best in class creative for brand identities, digital campaigns and animation projects, able to comfortably work on static and motion where familiarity with 3D modelling and animation is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite and similar design tools
• Work closely and collaborate with the wider teams to develop concepts and treatments, and produce storyboards
• Keep up to date with the latest motion and design with a keen eye on social trends
• Confidently work across multiple projects on different timescales and different end products
• An understanding of HTML ad builds working with services like Flashtalking to deliver programmatic and display ads
• Have responsibility over your own workloads, managing your time effectively and delivering on time
• Give direction and provide feedback when working with external talents
• You will report to the Art Director and where needed support in the running and leading of certain projects. As well as input into project scopes and estimates where required

Preferred Qualifications

• An open approach as to how AI can enable and push internal design projects
• An interest in markets such as sport and gaming whether that be slots or casino, not a must but willing to learn and expand
