Summary

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of After Effects (2 years), Photoshop (2 years), Illustrator (1 year), Figma (1 year), plus Blender and Cinema 4D knowledge
• Experience working with CupCats or Captions – additional plus
• Practical experience with video editing, knowledge of PremierePro (1 year)
• Knowledge of AI tools
• Knowledge of plugins like Motion Bro, Trapcode Suite, Animation Composer, etc
• Basic video shooting skills, knowledge of design principles, composition, and color theory
• High level of creativity and ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements
• Good communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with team members within the team and outside the project
• Good time and resource management skills, ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Responsibilities

• Ideation: Generating visual components based on marketing team tasks
• Production: Developing videos for advertising networks (Facebook, Tik-Tok, Snapchat, YouTube)
• Cooperation: Close collaboration with the marketing department and discussing ideas to improve existing creatives
• Experiments: Testing new tools, effects, plugins, creating templates for more efficient work
• Creative research: Analyzing competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global design trends
