  • Experience utilizing AI tools for enhancing design processes
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, visual effects, and video production techniques
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of innovative motion design solutions
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry best practices
  • 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Create Motion Graphics: Design and produce high-quality animations and motion graphics for various digital platforms
  • Illustration: Develop illustrations and visual assets that complement motion graphics and enhance storytelling
  • Collaborate Closely: Work with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate complex ideas and messages
  • Prototype and Iterate: Create prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing
  • Maintain Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics and illustrations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Utilize AI Tools: Explore and utilize AI tools to enhance the discovery, design, and delivery of motion graphics and illustrations
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and tools, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other designers and team members to ensure cohesive visual and motion design integration
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality motion graphics
