- You have carried 7 figure quarterly sales & growth targets & closed enterprise-sized deals before; not afraid to think bigger!
- Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally (and possibly international) travel for company events

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a business plan and a quote pipeline to drive profitable premium growth through select top 50 brokers in the US
- Travel around nationally visiting brokers to develop long-term trusted partnerships, present our program, and help to close enterprise-sized deals
- Build, own, and nurture deep and trusting relationships with broker partners
- Actively listen to broker and fleet feedback on what to keep doing or improve upon and relay to the business to inform strategic decision-making
- Act as a subject-matter expert on market pricing, industry trends, and competitor service offerings
- Work cross-functionally and develop strong internal working relationships with the insurance, underwriting, and customer engagement teams
- Mentor team members, support their professional growth, and nurture their curiosity
