Summary

The job is for a Senior Full-Stack .NET/C# Tech Lead on a 12-month contract to build a modern web application and lead a development team. The position is remote with occasional in-person work in New York or West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and C#
• Proven experience as a tech lead or development lead
• Experience with Angular framework for building complex web applications
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Help in the technical design and architecture of the web application, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Develop robust and efficient .NET/C# backend services to support the frontend application
• Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Build and guide a high-performing development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code adhering to best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET, C#, and Angular technologies and trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
