Senior Software Engineer II

Summary

Join 3Pillar Global India as a Software Developer. Work on digital products, communicate with clients, and participate in agile software development. Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Angular, .Net core, AWS services, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below
• Angular (Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, Mono Repo)
• .Net core
• AWS services (Lambda, SQS, Cognito, step functions, etc.)
• Containerization
• Ci/cd pipelines
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Design) to define, design, and ship new features and functionality
• Ensure code integrity and organization, including code reviews and mentoring junior developers
• Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations
• Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality
• Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts
• Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients
• Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards
• Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers
• Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities
• Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities
• Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture
