Remote NetSuite Solutions Architect

Summary

BluBanyan is an award-winning NetSuite Solution Partner seeking a NetSuite Solutions Architect to design complex solutions for clients. The role involves assessing client needs, developing innovative solutions, leading business process design sessions, and managing projects throughout their full life cycle. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience, 2+ years of NetSuite custom solution design, team leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years NetSuite implementation experience across a myriad of industries and processes
• 2+ years NetSuite design of custom NetSuite solutions
• Team leadership experience, including a desire to coach and mentor others
• Experience establishing synergy with technical and functional team members
• Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas

Responsibilities

• Create a holistic end-to-end business architecture and solution design that meets client business objectives
• Develop innovative solutions for our rapidly expanding client base
• Lead business process design and discovery sessions
• Document user stories and associated detailed requirements
• Evaluate software purchases against SOW and provide GAP solutions
• Develop customization and functional design documentation
• Act as a liaison with technical team members to ensure the design meets functional requirements
• Recommend any Third-Party Vendors to enhance the overall solution
• Demo NetSuite modules as features as Proof of Concept
• Assist sales team with scoping and SOW presentation
• Oversee and approve all technical and functional configurations of consultants
• Coach and mentor consultants by building their skills and experience
• Work directly with Project Manager to manage scope and initiate change management procedures
