Responsibilities

  • Assist day-to-day network operations, analysis and troubleshooting
  • Implement and maintain new and existing sites to fit company needs
  • Perform routine adds, moves and changes for network ports and VLANs
  • Enter and manage carrier tickets for service outages
  • Analyze network traffic and utilization and report findings to direct supervisors
