Network Expansion Associate

Summary

Join Dialectica as an Associate/Senior Associate in the Japanese Network Expansion Team to act as a knowledge broker between clients and Japanese industry experts, identifying relevant experts and recruiting them to expand the expert network.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of work experience in client service or related roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Fluency in Japanese (Writing & Speaking); intermediate and above proficiency in English is preferable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform high-level research and critical thinking
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Review client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conduct high-level industry and company research to identify the most relevant Japanese experts
• Utilize phone, LinkedIn, email outreach and other tools to connect with experts
• Critically screen experts for their suitability and relevance to address a client’s needs with an emphasis on quality
• Think critically and fast, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, and identify the best experts ensuring they have the most relevant experience and knowledge to address our clients’ questions
• Spend a reasonable amount of time reaching out to potential experts via phone and email to assess whether they possess the relevant experience and knowledge, before connecting them with our clients
• Act as a knowledge broker between our clients and Japanese industry experts
