Provider Acquisition Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, healthcare administration, or a related area
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a similar industry for 1 year
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and provider network management processes
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
• Ability to manage contracts and compliance accurately
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Ability to quickly identify and address issues that arise with providers

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential healthcare providers to join the network
• Manage relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Handle the negotiation of contracts with new and existing providers
• Ensure that agreements meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop strategies to expand the provider network in targeted geographic areas or specialties
• Analyze market trends and competitor networks
• Ensure provider agreements comply with state, federal, and organizational regulations
• Maintain detailed records of contracts, negotiations, and communications
• Work closely with other departments such as legal, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless integration of new providers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the network's value
• Address inquiries and concerns from providers effectively and efficiently
• Provide support to resolve any issues related to their association with the network
