Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and architectures
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure using various network management tools to ensure uptime and performance
• Detect and troubleshoot network incidents, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members or appropriate departments for resolution
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and communication
• Maintain accurate documentation of network incidents, configurations, and resolutions
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network-related emergencies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network monitoring processes and tools
