Requirements

• Computer Science degree or related IT degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in one of the following (or similar) roles: Helpdesk Engineer, Systems administrators, Systems Engineer
• Have used networking monitoring tools or systems

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating templates for monitoring systems
• Filtering alerts from various systems and creating email alert rules
• Monitoring system performance and working with the service team in troubleshooting problems
• Diagnosing network errors and identifying performance problems
• Troubleshooting network issues
• Office 365 Alert Monitoring and issue identification
• Security alert monitoring and issue escalation
• Creating incident reports
• Network documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• ConnectWise Automate, Control and Manage
• Zabbix monitoring platform
• Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Active Directory and Group Policy
