No-code Center of Excellence Leader

Summary

Join Kyivstar.Tech, a Ukrainian IT company, as a strategic No-code Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader. Lead the development and improvement of no-code methodologies and tools using the Creatio platform. Implement business initiatives end-to-end, build and manage the CoE, and mentor a team of no-code/low-code developers. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure solutions meet best practices, and recruit and train internal no-code creators. Coordinate with IT, QA, and DevOps teams, and act as a strategic advisor on no-code capabilities. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of no-code platforms and software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2.5+ years of experience in business process automation, application development or enterprise innovation roles as lead
• Deep understanding of no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Bubble, Make, Glide, etc.)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience integrating low-code solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of data modeling, security models, and workflow automation
• Proven experience establishing or leading a Center of Excellence or shared services function
• Strong knowledge of governance, IT policy management, and resource planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of no-code methodologies, tools, and frameworks across the organization
• Implement business initiatives end-to-end using the Creatio no-code platform, from gathering requirements to deployment
• Build and manage a center of competence for no-code practices, including sharing reusable components, setting priorities, and allocating resources
• Mentor and manage a team of no-code/low-code developers in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define user stories and translate them into effective no-code solutions
• Ensure solutions meet best practices in architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Recruit, onboard, train, and certify internal no-code creators, fostering a strong no-code community
• Coordinate with IT, QA, and DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD and deployment processes
• Act as a strategic advisor on no-code platform capabilities, limitations, and optimal use cases
