Join Curai Health, an AI-powered virtual clinic, as a Nurse Practitioner. We're a remote-first company seeking clinicians to provide 24/7 primary and urgent care via a text-based chat platform. You'll diagnose patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a team. The role requires experience in telemedicine, board certification, and a strong command of English. We offer a competitive salary ($110k-$170k annually) and the opportunity to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment. We're open to candidates across the US with the necessary licenses. We assist with licensing in up to 50 states.

Requirements

• Be board certified in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Have prior telemedicine experience
• Possess an NP License in a compact state or currently hold multiple state licenses (we will assist in licensing you up to all 50 states)
• Have a clear medical history (no nursing board actions or complaints)
• Have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in the United States
• Have 5 years post NP training
• Possess digital savviness, excellent typing skills, excellent grammatical construction, and excellent command of English
• Be proficient in English

Responsibilities

• See acute/urgent care patients in our live text-based chat clinic including straightforward chronic care cases requiring refills
• Complete 90% clinical and 10% administrative tasks.  Administrative time is broken down between clinical meetings, EHR/automation product feedback projects, and clinical operations quality improvement projects
• Accurately diagnose patients using detailed patient history-taking and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations
• Write efficient encounter visit notes in a clear fashion that demonstrates strong medical decision-making skills, differential diagnoses, and a well-written and relevant care plan. Closing all notes optimally by the end of the encounter, and the latest by the last shift of the day
• Provide feedback to the AI/ML and product teams on features that improve provider efficiency and accuracy
• Stay abreast of EHR feature updates by continuously training and remaining current on the platform
• Work closely with physicians in collaborative agreements for states that require it

Preferred Qualifications

• Have Spanish fluency
• Have start-up experience in healthcare

Benefits

• Salary is dependent on a scale based on years of experience, coverage of licenses, and work location. Thus, our annual base range is large at $110 - $170k
