Join Hippocratic AI as a Nurse Supervisor to lead a team of nurses utilizing Generative AI in healthcare. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure compliance, optimize AI tools, and supervise patient engagement workflows. Responsibilities include reviewing AI-mediated interactions, acting as an escalation point for complex cases, and collaborating with AI development teams. You will advocate for patient needs, ensure HIPAA compliance, and promote a patient-centered approach. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), an active RN license, and can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment
• Schedule, monitor, and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure adherence to clinical and organizational standards
• Provide ongoing training and development to ensure nurses are proficient in using AI tools and technologies in patient care
• Review and audit interactions mediated by AI systems (examples include: supervise patient calls, review transcripts for errors, review nurse transcript work for accuracy) to maintain the highest standards of care and identify areas for improvement
• Act as an escalation point for complex cases requiring clinical expertise or additional support
• Collaborate with AI development teams to refine tools and algorithms based on clinical feedback and real-world usage
• Ensure nursing workflows are optimized for the integration of AI, balancing efficiency with personalized patient care
• Monitor and report on the performance of AI systems in patient interactions, contributing to product enhancement and safety
• Advocate for patient needs and safety in all AI-driven processes and interactions
• Oversee the handling of sensitive patient information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
• Promote a patient-centered approach in all team activities, ensuring empathy and trust are maintained throughout
• Serve as a liaison between the nursing team, AI engineers, and leadership, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Provide regular feedback to technical teams to improve AI systems based on clinical insights and patient outcomes
• Represent the nursing perspective in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
