Office 365 Managed Services Consultant

Requirements

• Have real-world, hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments
• Be an SME for applications across the Office 365 Stack such as OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Yammer, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Sway, etc
• Be an SME for Entra ID, Azure Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Skype for Business / Teams, and other O365 workloads
• Have real-world experience helping to managing and maintaining AD, Entra ID integration, GPO's, etc
• Have experience with Entra ID, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access
• Have knowledge of how to manage and maintain SharePoint Online, Team Sites, Document Libraries, and permission structures
• US Citizenship (clearable) is required

Responsibilities

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements
• Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant
• Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads
• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies
• Be up to date on new technologies within Office 365 that could benefit customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Microsoft or Technical certifications are a positive and should be noted, especially related to the core technology stack of M365
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and custom KQL queries would be a big positive
