As our Office Intern, you will directly impact the workplace by organizing internal events, social programs, and managing office operations. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone feels welcome. With a strong multitasking ability, positive attitude, and efficient working methods, you will make sure everything at the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
- 6 months availability starting in October/November
- Motivated, proactive, and organized self-starter with strong multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace proficiency
- Strong communication skills in English
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships
- Interest or background in office management, events, hospitality, or project management
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone feels welcome
- Manage office operations: greet visitors, handle mail, and maintain inventory
- Oversee financial administration, including purchases and invoice management
- Organize and coordinate team events, both in-office and off-site, to foster Bynderβs culture
- Assist with new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth start for new team members
- Support day-to-day office tasks, including light maintenance and lunch setup
- Engage with team members via Slack to build a positive office culture
- Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and a global team of office managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Dutch
- Experience with MacBook
- Previous office management experience
- Experience working in an international, multicultural environment
