Onboarding Consultant I

Summary

Join Experian Health as a Client Onboarding Consultant and manage the setup of clients, users, products, and payers based on contracts and sales. You will be responsible for the entire client setup process, ensuring timely and successful implementation. This involves reviewing and verifying documents, conducting client meetings, collecting information, and maintaining the status of onboarding tasks. You will also participate in meetings, escalate issues to leadership, and ensure clear documentation throughout the process. This permanent, home-based role in Costa Rica requires a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and a basic understanding of project management. Requirements

• Basic knowledge of project management methodology and tools, including software systems and PC desktop applications
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle,, healthcare products and operations, and legislation and regulations, affecting the healthcare revenue cycle industry

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of all required documents and work with client and our teams to perform all required tasks for Onboarding clients and a successful implementation
• Conduct Onboarding client meetings, prepare and distribute agenda meeting minutes and documentation collection to clients
• Collect relevant client information to set up client accounts
• Participate in all required meetings to support the Onboarding of a client
• Maintain and share the status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks and updates all required applications and documents, obtains approval, and tracks all changes affecting client Onboarding, and communicates changes and events to concerned parties
• Escalate any issues or concerns relating to assigned Client Onboarding to leadership for guidance and direction
