Summary

Join our market-leading EdTech company as a Project Manager supporting large-scale software implementations. You will be part of the implementation team onboarding new customers to our full suite of projects. Responsibilities include managing projects from sale to launch, leading discovery sessions, creating project plans, managing data migration, and maintaining customer communication. This is a one-year fixed-term position with potential for extension. The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with project management experience. Understanding of data migration and MIS switchovers is desirable.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent prioritisation skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide end to end project management from the point of sale until live for a portfolio of customers
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements
  • Put together the project plan for the customer, and liaise with the customer success team to ensure they have a robust training plan
  • Manage the data migration, with support from migration coordinators
  • Maintain effective communication with the customer until they are handed over to helpdesk and their customer success manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of data migration processes and services
  • Experience with MIS switchovers
