SAP Project Manager

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote English-fluent SAP Project Manager based in Latin America. Lead and manage ERP projects focusing on SAP systems and integration. Oversee project planning and execution using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct and facilitate meetings, documenting outcomes and action items. Maintain project documentation and reporting using various tools. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This is a contract position lasting 6-12 months, potentially extending based on performance. The salary range is $2,500-$3,000 USD per month.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management
• 4+ years of experience managing SAP or other ERP-related projects
• Strong understanding of the ERP domain, particularly the SAP ecosystem and its interactions with multiple systems
• Project Management Certification required; solid understanding of Agile methodology is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Project (planning and updates), JIRA or ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Proven ability to lead meetings (e.g., status updates, solution discussions) and document minutes and action items effectively
• Skilled in task delegation and timeline tracking to ensure timely project delivery
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Maintain project documentation and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA or ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Leverage industry experience to support ERP initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
• Valid U.S. travel visa is preferred

Benefits

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 (Neg) per month, depending on seniority and skillset
• This project is initially expected to last between 6 and 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs
