Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role and/or project management
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and the ability to align project initiatives with sales objectives and customer requirements
  • Experience in a customer onboarding role within a high-growth SaaS start-up, understanding the unique challenges and developing solutions to address them
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information and communicate across various levels of an organization, both internal and customer-facing
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Work with our customers to understand their goals and requirements; apply this knowledge in guiding customers through best practices to ensure long-term success with the Findigs platform
  • Identify tools, processes, and project management methodologies to enable a seamless launch and implementation of the Findigs platform for all customers
  • Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party partner resources by establishing and managing project plans and associated timelines for each customer onboarding
  • Conduct basic account set-up for each customer within the Findigs platform, and serve as a trusted product advisor to identify and resolve configuration issues that arise during the onboarding phase

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with property management systems
  • PMP Certification
  • Familiarity with work streams involved to launch new products
