Summary

Join TaskHuman as an Onboarding Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new and existing clients. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team to drive product adoption and improve customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create a structured onboarding experience, providing clients with necessary tools and support. You will conduct demos and strategic onboarding activities, ensuring clients see value from day one. The position requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, along with experience in client onboarding and project management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles in a SaaS or product-based company
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and onboarding best practices
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on customer adoption and retention metrics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align onboarding with client goals
  • Excellent self-management skills - must be proactive and able to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead new client onboarding by guiding them through the product setup and launch process
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to support a diverse client base
  • Work with clients to identify key account holders and stakeholders for successful implementation
  • Define key touchpoints and milestones to ensure a smooth transition from sales to success
  • Develop toolkits, SLAs, and best practices for onboarding and launch
  • Work with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing) to optimize the onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless handovers post-onboarding
  • Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to product teams for improvements
  • Track onboarding progress, ensuring timely execution and client activation
  • Monitor key metrics such as registration growth, adoption rates, and engagement levels
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations for optimizing the onboarding process

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM tools, onboarding platforms, and customer success software is a plus
