Summary

Join HubSpot as a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist in APAC and guide customers through HubSpot software setup, tool training, and initial campaign planning. You will serve as the main point of contact for approximately 30 customers, conducting regular strategic calls to drive product adoption and customer engagement. Ensure customers complete required technical setups efficiently and on schedule, train them on HubSpot tools, and strategize and launch growth-oriented campaigns. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers for a frictionless customer experience and improve the HubSpot software setup process. This role is open to remote workers based anywhere in Australia. Requirements

  • Experience in one or more of the following: Supporting software implementation projects
  • Leading in-house software adoption initiatives
  • Working in marketing, sales, customer success, or customer service roles
  • Ability to manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients
  • Capable of delivering engaging product training sessions via phone and web conferencing
  • Experience with building marketing campaigns, establishing customer feedback loops, setting up CRMs, and/or organising sales processes
  • Proficient in researching, troubleshooting, and solving complex software issues
  • Able to effectively project manage and create structured plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment and comfortable working in a multicultural environment across APAC
  • Displays a strong growth mindset with a dedication to continuous learning and personal growth

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for approximately 30 customers to ensure a successful onboarding process to the HubSpot platform
  • Conduct regular strategic calls to drive product adoption and customer engagement
  • Ensure customers complete all required technical setups efficiently and on schedule
  • Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilise HubSpot’s tools
  • Begin strategising and launching growth-oriented campaigns with customers
  • Collaborate internally with Sales and Customer Success Managers to deliver a frictionless customer experience
  • Improve and scale the HubSpot software setup process

Preferred Qualifications

An understanding of API concepts and system integration mechanisms
