Join Renaissanceยฎ, a global leader in pre-Kโ12 education technology, as the eSchoolData Onboarding and Training Lead. This critical role ensures the success of new and current eSchoolData implementations by developing comprehensive onboarding plans, serving as the primary point of contact for districts, and delivering professional services. You will partner with various teams to ensure accurate data migration, develop training materials, and facilitate professional development. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, experience with eSchoolData or similar systems, and the ability to travel. This is a long-term contract engagement (12+ months) with a salary of $40.00/hour. Candidates should reside in NY or PA due to travel requirements.
Requirements
- Direct eSchoolData experience at the administrator level preferred, OR
- Minimum five years as a student information system administrator, OR
- Equivalent combination of education and related experience and/or training
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding plans for new eSchoolData implementations to ensure a smooth and successful transition for customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for districts throughout the onboarding and initial implementation phase
- Partner with the Data Onboarding team to ensure accurate data migration and integration
- Develop training materials and facilitate professional development and training to clients focused on features and functionality
- Differentiate training on the spot when need to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product teams to align on project goals and ensure client expectations are met
- Ability to effectively guide and pivot conversations based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation

- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to travel onsite to customer meetings and training sessions as needed - 20%
- Ability to handle escalations or urgent items as assigned
- Ability to research, strategize, and solution scenarios based on customer needs and company priorities
- Efficient at prioritizing and executing multiple competing requirements and deadlines as appropriate
