Join Axonius as a Partner Enablement Manager to spearhead the development and execution of enablement programs driving partner success globally. This impactful role centers on scaling sales and technical readiness for channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. You will define and own the complete partner enablement strategy, from onboarding to ongoing learning, collaborating with various teams to ensure partners effectively position, demo, and deliver the Axonius platform. The ideal candidate is a strategic, execution-focused professional with extensive experience in partner ecosystems and enablement programs, capable of building and scaling global initiatives. Requirements
- Experience enabling channel sales teams and internal field teams on engaging with/working with partners
- 6-8 years of experience in enablement, channel programs, or partner-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, GSIs, MSPs, etc.) and the partner journey
- Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs for both sales and technical partner personas
- Comfortable working across functions to align messaging, drive execution, and deliver results
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and content development skills
- Experience with enablement and training platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, PRM portals)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once and thrive in a high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global partner enablement strategy aligned to channel priorities and objectives
- Build and maintain structured learning paths, certification programs and onboarding and continuous learning programs for partner sellers and technical teams
- Create role-based enablement for partner sellers and technical teams covering product positioning, discovery, demos, delivery, and services
- Develop partner-specific sales plays, product readiness plans, and technical certifications in coordination with internal enablement teams
- Act as the central point of contact for partner readiness, aligning stakeholders across Channel Sales, Tech Enablement, Sales Enablement, Product, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing
- Own the creation and delivery of partner enablement content, ensuring it's accessible, actionable, and role-based
- Deliver live and asynchronous enablement sessions, workshops, and certifications
- Measure and optimize the impact of partner enablement programs through adoption, performance, and partner-sourced revenue
- Ensure partners are consistently trained on new features, GTM motions, and use cases
- Leverage and maintain enablement infrastructure (LMS, CMS, portals) to support partner scalability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure is a strong plus
