Language Tutoring and Training Lead

Join Rosetta Stone's Language Tutor Team as a Language Tutoring and Training Lead! This remote, full-time position (US-based) involves training and supporting online tutors, managing their performance, and ensuring high-quality instruction. You'll create and deliver training programs, manage tutor onboarding, and provide coaching and support. The ideal candidate is passionate about language education, possesses strong training and development skills, and excels in communication and teamwork. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in language instruction
• Ability to anticipate needs and act independently to deliver results, showing resourcefulness in tackling tasks and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for teaching and learning languages

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver comprehensive internal tutor training programs, ensuring high-quality instruction and adherence to Rosetta Stone’s methodology
• Responsible for day to day performance of tutors, including scheduling, support and approving time
• Work closely with the Language Tutoring Team to offer coaching and support to tutors
• Manage new tutor onboarding and certification process
• Demonstrate expertise in the quality assurance process, including delivering evaluations in a wide range of languages
• Extract, organize and communicate data related to tutoring performance, scheduling and outcomes
• Assist in development of new tutoring lessons and materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in multiple languages
• Management experience
• Knowledgeable in instructional design principles, with experience creating engaging and informative training materials
