Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a high-quality gaming experience. Monitor game performance, providing data-driven insights to enhance content and player engagement. Manage the onboarding and operations of new casino games, ensuring timely integration and launch. Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulations. Troubleshoot and escalate issues to maintain smooth operations. Contribute to continuous site experience improvement. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, setup, and ongoing operations for new casino games, ensuring timely integration and launch
• Monitor and analyse game performance data, providing actionable insights to enhance content and player engagement
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and content updates
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all content meets regulatory and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot and escalate platform or game issues as needed, ensuring smooth operation across all devices
• Support marketing and operational initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and regular performance reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of site experience and customer journeys

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in online gaming, digital content, or casino operations is advantageous
