Requirements

• Hold a Master level qualification recognised as a specialist qualification in Career Development and Counselling by CICA (Career Industry Council of Australia) OR Graduate Certificate level qualification recognised as a specialist qualification by CICA along with a Masters of Education or Guidance Counselling
• 5+ years experience running career counselling/development sessions in a one on one environment, preferably across a range of client cohorts (Primary, Secondary, Higher Ed and Community)
• Knowledge of the Australian education system or ability to acquire this in timely manner
• High level of spoken and written English
• Be motivated by student success and passionate about online learning
• Be a passionate and clear communicator
• Have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence
• Be proactive and organised
• Thrive in a remote working environment

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by our partner academics and our learning design team
• Facilitate learning activities that engage and support student learning
• Undertake assessment tasks (including moderation, marking, and feedback) as well as processing and submitting results according to set timelines
