Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational role. Some startup experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed account investigations and make account-level judgments
• Review and approve payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards
• Identify and handle risky fraudulent activity
• Monitor and manage compliance-related activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance compliance requirements with an exceptional user experience
• Identify and resolve operational issues, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
