Requirements

  • BA or BS from accredited university in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent business experience in revenue operations context)
  • 3-5 yearsโ€™ hands-on experience in revenue operations or business analyst role
  • Experience building pivot tables and using other advanced functions in Excel
  • Experience working with reports (including the use of formulas) and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Able to develop custom reports in Tableau, preferred
  • Experience with SQL database and queries
  • Able to work and execute on assigned tasks independently, with little to no supervision

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret revenue data to generate actionable insights that guide decision-making for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Provide input into broader RevOps strategies to support the organizationโ€™s growth objectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of revenue processes
  • Assist in maintaining accurate revenue tracking and forecasting models to ensure alignment between the finance, sales, and marketing teams
  • Work closely with finance, sales, marketing, and customer success to provide actionable insights, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and operational processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for revenue operations processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Assist in the implementation of new tools, technologies, or strategies aimed at improving revenue operations
  • Build custom reports and distribute requested reports for internal stakeholders
