Operations Analyst Lead

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business operations, or consulting, ideally in a tech-enabled or operational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics); advanced degree a plus
• Strong command of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker); working knowledge of Python or R preferred
• Proven ability to navigate large and complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable insights
• Experience solving business problems using structured thinking and sophisticated analytical approaches
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in a compelling and concise way
• High degree of autonomy and accountability; comfortable leading projects with minimal guidance
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models that drive visibility into performance and guide decision-making across supply operations
• Lead analytical deep dives to uncover insights that influence operational strategy, identify risks, or size new opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on key metrics and implement scalable solutions to improve data integrity and reporting workflows
• Translate business objectives into clear problem statements and propose solutions through rigorous quantitative analysis
• Communicate insights through presentations, memos, and visualization tools to influence decisions at various levels of the organization
• Mentor junior analysts and provide thought partnership across the broader analytics team
• Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to experimentation and policy iteration processes
• Participate in the evolution of Scaled Operations' analytics roadmap, contributing to the team's long-term planning and technical development
