Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in supply chain operations, data analysis roles, preferably within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Looker, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience in International logistics
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report on logistics and shipping performance data across all sites
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting tools to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, carrier performance, and issue resolution timelines
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement through root cause analysis
- Assist in process mapping, documentation, and improvement initiatives in logistics workflows
- Conduct time and cost studies to evaluate current operations and support continuous improvement projects
- Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust strategies as needed
- Support the Operations Manager in evaluating carrier performance and preparing negotiation data
- Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as necessary
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to assess carrier effectiveness
- Work closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, and Product Development to gather feedback and share logistics insights
- Help translate stakeholder feedback into actionable logistics improvements
- Collect data and perform cost-benefit analysis on packaging options
- Support sustainability initiatives by evaluating packaging efficiency and waste reduction strategies
- Assist in tracking and managing escalations related to shipping and logistics
- Provide analytical support to internal teams during issue resolution processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth operational environment
- Familiarity with packaging and sustainability practices in logistics
- Exposure to budget tracking and cost analysis in shipping/logistics contexts
