Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations within software/SaaS companies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, Clari, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting quota-setting, sales performance analysis, and territory management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or similar a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to generate insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue trends
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools)
  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning
  • Identify and drive process improvements across the sales funnel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and GTM Strategy to align initiatives and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Assist in sales tool evaluation, implementation, and optimization
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support for executive-level presentations
