Operations Analyst - Payroll

Summary

Experience with customers and early-stage startups is also required. • 1+ years experience with payroll registrations
• 1+ years working in operations or related function
• Previous experience working directly with customers
• Experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn
• Strong connection with the mission of the company

Responsibilities

• Provide support to state registration requests, trouble shooting, and maintaining SLAs
• Identify improvements to registration and filing systems and processes
• Identify improvements to compliance requirements monitoring, updates, and coverage
• Provide support to users—answering questions and handling requests
• Support product feature launches and rollout to customers
• Write user communications and/or announcements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a BPO a plus
