Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Has an understanding system administration (Windows/Mac), and cloud platforms
• Has strong interest or has experience in working with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, firewalls, and security compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Willing to be trained and can adopt to fast-pacing environment
• Candidate must be Male and residing in Makati or Metro Manila

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise IT systems, cloud environments, and endpoint devices
• Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical systems and services
• Perform system updates, backups, and patch management
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Assist with deployment and configuration of IT systems, software, and tools
• Manage and document IT inventory, licenses, and configurations
• Assist with the deployment, delivery or pulout of IT assets from the employee
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs from various tools used and maintained by Enterprise IT
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and potential threats, ensuring proper escalation and resolution
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and system audits to identify and mitigate security risks
• Support implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties on security assessments and audits
• Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in cybersecurity
