Operations Associate

Summary

Join Multiverse as a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate in Certification Operations. The role involves executing operational tasks that enable learners to successfully complete their apprenticeship program, auditing and quality-assuring data, investigating and resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams, identifying improvements, and assisting the Operations Manager with ad hoc reports. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

• Previous experience of working in a time sensitive operations team

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of operational tasks that enable learners to successfully complete their programme
• Audit and quality-assure data and documentation
• Investigate and resolve issues that arise with learners and employers
• Collaborate with internal teams and external assessment partners
• Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes and ways of working
• Assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc reports, special projects and strategic initiatives as required
