Operations Associate

Summary

Join Yubico, a global leader in security key technology, as a temporary Production & Fulfillment team member at our Santa Clara Office. Perform tasks related to fulfillment, quality inspection, and inventory control with an emphasis on attention to detail. Assist the production team when needed and work extended hours on occasions if required.

Requirements

• Work hours start at 8:00 AM Pacific onsite at our Santa Clara location
• Ability to work extended hours on occasions
• May need to lift up to 20 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform varied and repetitive tasks related to fulfillment, quality inspection and inventory control with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Use basic metrology instruments (weight scale, ruler), data entry
• Document and communicate issues for corrective action
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Maintain daily inventory usage and accuracy
• Receive, count, inspect and report shipment inventory
• Escalate quality and logistic issues that may affect fulfillment output
• Prepare process documentation
• Assist the production team when needed to meet production schedule

Benefits

Compensation range is $23.00 per hour for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area
