Summary

The Operations Associate role is a full-time position in Zen Educate's Teacher Success Team, focusing on candidate sourcing, initial phone interviews, matching candidates to school needs, explaining the company's mission, guiding candidates through the screening process, and understanding candidates' preferences. The role is based in Vancouver with a hybrid setup, offering competitive salary, ownership, PTO, health insurance, and a fun-loving team.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Must be an independent and self-motivated worker
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable with technology including Google suite

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing new candidates through a variety of inbound and outbound channels
• Conducting initial phone interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for our roles
• Calling candidates that apply to our teaching roles to qualify their experience and preferences
• Explaining Zen Educate’s mission and how we support in finding them the perfect role
• Help guide candidates through our screening process and follow up with candidates that need support throughout
