Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a corporate setting, with a focus on project management, customer service support, or administrative support
  • Experience using CRM software and productivity tools
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer advocacy with motivation to help others solve problems
  • Remote (or option to work in Chicago headquarters)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations by completing tasks to support member success, sales, content publishing, marketing, and business administration
  • Data and Record-Keeping: Research, update and maintain data via CRM database and other productivity platforms to ensure the integrity of records we rely on to serve members and reach prospects
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on community metrics, membership engagement and market trends
  • Event Production: Provide technical support, booking coordination and internal communications for virtual and in-person events that engage members and partners
  • Community Engagement: Regularly update member portal with timely material from Ragan and other reputable sources and conduct weekly audits of member directory
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Ragan’s departments, including sales, marketing, events, editorial, creative, and more, to support community growth and retention initiatives
  • Product Knowledge. Maintain fluency in Ragan’s suite of products and services and how they deliver value in marketplace while continually expanding knowledge about new solutions and best practices
  • Administrative Support: Report to the Chief Growth Officer for additional duties and projects as assigned
