Summary
Join Confiant, a cybersecurity leader, as a data-driven Operations Engineer. Build infrastructure, insights, and automation for client-facing teams. Bridge technical and business teams, leveraging data to enhance efficiency and decision-making across Sales, CS, Product, and more. Develop data strategies, internal analytics, and reporting, designing scalable solutions for cross-functional team unification. Automate market research and maintain robust data pipelines and predictive models. Improve workflows and surface customer intelligence through tool development and integrations. Identify automation opportunities and streamline revenue team processes. Analyze usage data to identify churn risks and upsell signals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or similar technical role
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or similar languages
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with market intelligence tools and competitive analysis platforms
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales tools
- Proficiency in ETL processes and data pipelines
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with web scraping and automated data collection
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Market Intelligence : Build systems to collect and analyze internal data and external market trends to guide strategy
- Internal Analytics & Reporting : Develop pipelines and reporting that combine internal metrics with market benchmarks
- Strategic Operations : Design scalable solutions that improve operations and unify cross-functional teams
- Market Research Automation : Automate collection and alerts for industry trends, competitor updates, and market shifts
- Data Infrastructure & Analytics : Maintain robust data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models for usage and revenue insights
- Sales & CS Enablement: Build tools and integrations to improve workflows and surface customer intelligence
- Process Optimization : Identify automation opportunities and streamline processes across revenue teams
- Customer Intelligence : Aggregate and analyze usage data to spot churn risks, upsell signals, and competitive insights
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in sales operations and/or customer success
- Experience with Hubspot development and administration
- Knowledge of AdTech or cybersecurity industry and understanding of their respective markets
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with BI tools and data warehousing
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
