Responsibilities

• Ensuring our infrastructure remains compliant with various regional and global requirements
• Measuring and improving Cliniko's reliability
• Making and implementing recommendations on performance improvements
• Working with infrastructure in multiple regions around the world
• Improving logging, monitoring, and alerts (observability)
• Improving deployment processes (containers to Kubernetes)
• Optimising spend
• Anything else you think needs doing
