Operations Management Trainee

Summary

Join fairlife's Operations Management Trainee Program for a two-year, full-time experience in supply chain, engineering, and operations to prepare for future operations leadership positions.

Requirements

• Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant bachelor’s degree completed no later than June 2025
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higher
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Required previous experience as a Supply Chain or Engineering intern based in a production or warehouse setting OR experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be willing to relocate for rotations program and post-program
• Passion for manufacturing, flexibility and mobility, critical thinking, and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations during the two-year program, based on interest and business need
• Rotate to a new location during the second year of the program, which may include Goodyear, AZ, Coopersville, MI, fairlife's new plant in Webster, NY
• Provide trainees with four critical operations experiences over a two-year period in supply chain, engineering, and operations
